In this course we will learn that anyone and everyone can improve their memory. We will practice many varied techniques for memory improvement, with an emphasis on those related to practical day to day scenarios.
The course will be given by Rakel Berenbaum, M.A., gerontologist, with over 30 years experience working with people with dementia. Rakel edited the book, "Working with Dementia", and has been writing a weekly column for the English language OU publication, Torah Tidbits" for over 15 years. She is also a certified self-defense instructor."
